Seller resources
Tools other Etsy sellers actually pay for, described plainly.
The fee calculator tells you what one sale costs. These tools cover the work around the sale: finding search terms, checking listings, and researching what to sell next. Each entry below says what the tool does, who it fits, and what it pays this site if you sign up through our link. No tool here replaces doing the work. Each one just makes a specific job faster.
Honest status note: our affiliate accounts for these programs are not open yet, so the visit buttons below are placeholders and go nowhere for now. The rates listed are the published program terms we verified in October 2026. When the accounts open, the buttons will point to the real tools and this note will come down.
Listing researcheRank
eRank is built for Etsy search. Sellers use it to look up the words buyers type into Etsy, check how their own listings are written for those words, and spot gaps where a listing is missing a term buyers already use. If you have listings live and want more of the right traffic on them, this is the research step before you rewrite a title.
Who it fits: sellers with live listings who are working on titles, tags, and search visibility.
Program terms verified October 2026: 30% recurring for up to 12 months, rising to 50% after 100 referrals. 60 day cookie.

Alura is built for deciding what to sell and how to present it. Sellers use it to research products and shops on Etsy, look at what is already selling, and plan listings with that context in hand. It suits the start of a product decision more than the upkeep of listings you already have.
Who it fits: sellers choosing a next product, or checking whether an idea already has crowded competition.
Program terms verified October 2026: 30% recurring.

EverBee is another Etsy research tool, used to study products, estimate how listings perform, and follow trends across the marketplace over time. Sellers who compare several ideas side by side, and who come back to the research over a season rather than in one sitting, tend to get the most from this kind of tool.
Who it fits: sellers who research in batches and revisit product ideas across a season.
Program terms verified October 2026: 30% recurring. 180 day cookie, the longest window in this set.

Two names come up every January when sellers close the year. QuickBooks is bookkeeping software for keeping income and expenses in one place through the year, instead of rebuilding them from marketplace reports in April. Gusto is payroll software. It matters only if you pay yourself or someone else as an employee, for example through an S corp. Most solo sellers do not need it. If you do, it belongs in the tax season conversation, not in your listing workflow.
Program terms verified October 2026: QuickBooks pays a $50 bounty per signup through CJ. Gusto pays $50 to $100 per lead. Both programs will sit here as affiliate placements once the accounts exist. For now the links below are placeholders.
