The calculators on this site answer one sale. This tracker holds the year. Record each sale from Etsy, eBay, Shopify, Amazon, Mercari, or Poshmark and it works out the fees with the same published schedules as the calculators, then totals what you sold, what the platforms took, and what you kept, by month and by year.

Your entries live in this browser only. Export a CSV now and then and keep the file: it is your backup, and importing it on another device moves your ledger there. Import reads an Etsy monthly statement, an Etsy orders download, or the tracker's own CSV. Your file is read in this browser and never uploaded; nothing you import leaves this device. The summary totals your sales, fees, and keep. It does not file your taxes.

What it does
Two honest limits. The tracker keeps your records, it does not file your taxes. And the fee math follows each platform's published schedule, the same one the matching calculator uses: FBA fulfillment fees and your own shipping label costs are not in it, so a sale's keep is what the platform left you, before those costs.

Tracker Pro, $19 once: unlimited entries, the tax season summary, and CSV export. No subscription and no account. If you sell on one platform only and ten sales a month is your whole volume, the free tier may honestly be all you need.

Is the tracker free? Yes for your first 10 recorded sales, and the six calculators are free forever. Pro is $19, paid once.
Where does my sales data live? In your own browser, on your own device. There is no account and no server copy. Export a CSV now and then as your backup.
Can I import my sales instead of typing them? Yes. If you sell on Etsy, download your monthly statement (Finances, then Monthly statements, then Generate CSV) or your orders file (Shop Manager, then Settings, then Options, then Download Data), and drop it on Import CSV. You see every sale it found, with its fees, before anything is added, and importing the same file twice adds nothing twice. Statement imports carry the exact fees from the file. Your file is read in this browser and never uploaded.
What if I buy Pro and change phones? Pro is never lost. Use Restore my unlock at the top of the tracker with the email you paid with, and Pro switches back on in the new browser. Your entries live in the old browser, so export the CSV before you switch and import it after.
How are the fees worked out? From each platform's published fee schedule, the same schedules the free calculators use and cite: Etsy, eBay by category, Shopify Payments on Basic, Amazon referral by category with the Individual plan per item fee, Mercari, and Poshmark.
Does it file my taxes? No. The tax season summary is the totals page most sellers and their accountants start from in January. It is not tax advice.
